For help with LYFTER, email support@getlyfter.com. Include a short description of what happened and your iPhone and iOS versions. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or sensitive medical information.

Sign-in help

LYFTER uses Sign in with Apple. Confirm that you are signed into iCloud and that Sign in with Apple is available under Settings → Apple Account → Sign-In & Security.

Imported workout plans

If a PDF cannot be imported, confirm that it contains a readable workout plan and is not password protected. Very large or image-heavy files may take longer to process.

Rest timers and Live Activities

For lock-screen workout controls, enable Live Activities for LYFTER in iOS Settings. Check your device volume if you do not hear timer alerts.

Delete your account

Open LYFTER and go to Profile → tap your profile card → Delete Account. After two confirmations, LYFTER permanently removes the account and associated cloud data, along with workout and profile data stored on that device.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and request account deletion.
