Last updated June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LYFTER iOS app, website, and related services. By using LYFTER, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple account secure.
Fitness and health disclaimer
LYFTER is a workout logging and planning tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching. Exercise involves risk. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a program, use proper form and equipment, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Your content
You retain ownership of workout plans, images, notes, and other content you submit. You grant LYFTER a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide and improve the features you request.
You represent that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use LYFTER for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Attempt to bypass security or access another user's account or data.
- Disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where law permits.
- Use automated output as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Third-party services
LYFTER relies on services provided by Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, and Vercel. Their services may be governed by separate terms, and their availability can affect LYFTER.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or remove features. We aim to keep LYFTER reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using LYFTER or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYFTER is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYFTER and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or injuries arising from your use of the service or exercise activities. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
